My husband and I co-own a time share with my parents at South Seas Plantation on Captiva Island in Florida. Purchased in 1992, it is flex weeks 17 including 51. 2 bedroom, 2 bath in Plantation House. Maintanence fees are approximately $1,200 yr. We seldom use it anymore and are considering selling it. We are interested in an appraisal and finding out what services you offer (if any) to help sell and or rent our week.
